Inspirational and motivational quotes Part 1

I have read many books over the years, mostly self-help books and books about the Law of Attraction.  After I watched “The Secret” when it came out I checked out some of the people that starred in “The Secret” and had a look at their books.  One thing that I noticed about the majority of these books were the little quotes from various people from throughout history, successful business people, self-made millionaires and successful people for various fields.  I have noted some of the quotes that mean something to me and I use them on a daily basis to help inspire me to be the best I can at everything I do.  I thought I would share some of these quotes with you.  This is a two part post and the second part will come in a few days.

“Your future is created by what you do today, not tomorrow”

“All that we are is the result of what we have thought”

“What the mind of man can conceive and believe, the mind of man can achieve”

“Your true passion should feel like breathing; it’s that natural”

“There is one quality that one must possess to win, and that if definiteness of purpose, the knowledge of what one wants, and a burning desire to possess it”

“You must see your goals clearly and specifically before you can set out for them.  Hold them in your mind until they become second nature”

“Your current thoughts are creating your future life.  What you think about the most or focus on the most will appear as your life”

“If it is a new thought to you that gratitude brings your whole mind into closer harmony with the creative energies of the universe, consider it well, and you will see that it is true”

“The daily practice of gratitude is one of the conduits by which your wealth will come to you”

“We all possess more power and greater possibilities that we realise, and visualising is one of the greatest of these powers”

“Imagination is everything.  It is the preview of life’s coming attractions”

I hope you enjoy these quotes and remember to check back in a few days for part 2.
